To get started with advertising with us, follow these steps:

• Contact us to obtain an Advertising Agreement. Fill out the agreement and return it before the Ad Submission Deadline to reserve space in your chosen issues. Along with the agreement, please attach your logo in digital format and any specific color or design preferences for your custom ad.

• After sending the agreement, request a username and password for access to our Online AdMaker platform. This platform provides a convenient and easy way to submit your ad online. We’ll promptly provide you with the login details. While you wait, take a look at our Online AdMaker Instructions to familiarize yourself with the process. If you need assistance with submitting digital imagery, we also offer helpful tips in that regard.

• If you’ve advertised with Homes & Land before, your logo and contact information should be on file. To secure the best rate, please fill out and fax over the Advertising Agreement. This will reserve space for your advertisement. If you recall your username and password, you can submit your ad using Online AdMaker at any time before the Ad Submission deadline.
